Cold Beverage, Ready to Drink: Winner Announcement
Phil Kafarakis, President of the Specialty Food Association, along with Scott Barton of NYU, announces the 2018 sofi Award winners for the Cold Beverage, Ready to Drink category. Scott teaches as an Assistant Adjunct Professor at NYU and Queens College and has a Ph.D. in Food Studies from NYU. He had a 25-year career as an executive chef, restaurant and product development consultant, and culinary educator.
